The newest addition to the A-WARD Container Tilter family, this container unloader facilitates a fast, easy and safe way to unload 20 ft shipping containers. Material is not double handled, being unloaded directly through the doors of a standard 20ft ISO shipping container.
Container unloading is managed remotely at a safe distance in a controlled and efficient way, without the need for fork hoists, specialised trailers or containers. The Tilter removes the container from the trailer, tilts the container using gravity rather than expensive cranes, hoists or handling devices to unload the material, and places the container back on the trailer once emptied. The benefits of speed mean that time costs are reduced, providing a higher profitability.
Any bulk material can be accommodated, from scrap steel, demolition materials, minerals and bulk food products. The reduced number of handling processes of a container load saves costs, is more environmentally efficient and reduces the carbon footprint of the bulk material contents.
