The patented A-WARD Container Tilter is a unique system that enables the fast, efficient and cost effective loading of bulk materials safely. The shipping container is removed from the truck trailer, and angled to allow the material to be loaded into all internal container space, ensuring maximum product density. It incorporates an accurate weight measurement to ensure maximum loads are achieved generating a greater return per load.
Standard ISO shipping containers can be used and no specialised trailers, cranes or hoists are required. The side arms of the Tilter adjust to accommodate 20ft or 40ft shipping containers, and at a full 50 degrees tilt the container can be filled with up to 30 tons of product, all with remote operation safely at a distance. One multi-product loader is used for a diverse range of bulk products, such as scrap metal of all densities, minerals, grains, powders and other bulk food products, even frozen fish.
Top quality material can now be transported separately and not as part of a consortium bulk shipment with an average product price, meaning premium prices are achieved for premium product.
