The patented A-WARD Container Tilter is a unique system that enables the fast, efficient and cost effective loading of bulk materials safely.
The Tilter removes the container from the truck, angles to allow the efficient packing of material into all internal container space, and incorporates accurate weight measurement to ensure maximum loads are achieved. At a full 90 degrees tilt the container can be filled with up to 30 tons of self compacted product, all with remote operation safely at a distance.
Fast loading of 20ft shipping containers is achieved with a diverse range of bulk products, such as scrap metal, wood chip, minerals, grains, soy beans and other bulk food products, even frozen fish. Top quality bulk material can now be transported separately, and not combined with poorer quality material as a bulk lot, generating premium prices for premium products.
The A-WARD Container Tilter facilitates a greater density of product within the container, reducing the number of handling processes, less machinery used to load and unload and fewer containers needed to transport the same volume of material. This will substantially lower the carbon footprint.
